The Most Worshipful Grand Master,
Most Worshipful Brother Terrance Philip,
together with the Grand Officers and Brethren of the Grand Lodge of Queensland, extend their sincere and heartfelt condolences to all those affected by the tragic events of the Bondi Junction shooting.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the families, friends, and loved ones of those who lost their lives, with those who were injured, and with the wider community whose sense of peace has been so profoundly shaken by this senseless act of violence.
At times such as these, Freemasons are reminded of the enduring importance of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth, and of our duty to extend compassion, support, and unity to all who suffer. We commend the courage and selflessness of the first responders and all who acted to protect others in the face of grave danger.
May the Great Architect of the Universe grant comfort to the bereaved, healing to the injured, and strength to all who grieve. May peace be restored, and may light prevail over darkness.
Most Worshipful Brother Terrance Philip
