The Grand Lodge of Antient Free and Accepted Masons of Queensland the Grand Lodge of Queensland was regularly constituted in 1904 In a ceremony conducted by the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of New South Wales.

After the formation of the United Grand Lodge of Queensland in 1921 under a Treaty of Articles of Union between the Grand Lodge of Queensland and the Grand Lodge of Antient, Free and Accepted Masons of Queensland, the Grand Lodge of Queensland became dormant. However, when the United Grand Lodge of Queensland broke the Treaty of Articles of Union, the Grand Lodge of Queensland was reactivated.

The Grand Lodge of Queensland was officially established in 1904 through a ceremony led by the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of New South Wales. It is a legitimate Masonic Grand Lodge, recognized by numerous Grand Lodges across Europe, Asia, the West Pacific, and the United States of America. The Grand Lodge of Queensland operates lodges within Queensland and has granted warrants to lodges in other Australian states.
